Walk A Mile with Love + Ethos
Walk A Mile with Love + Ethos was built on a simple truth:
Walking together can turn isolation into community.
This September, Love+Ethos is hosting an in-person and virtual event anchored around a one-mile walk, featuring wellness activations, self-care experiences, kids' programming, entertainment, and a resource village connecting families to maternal health resources.
Up to 100 walkers will gather support from sponsors and together, participate in walking to expand access to therapy, wraparound support, and essential care for mothers and children in need.

Postpartum Retreat
Love + Ethos’ 2-day, 3-night retreat welcomes 6 postpartum women to relax and rejuvenate while fully immersing themselves within the mind and body.
A variety of classes and activities will be led by speakers and practitioners to assist in healing, self-identification, connection, and wellness education.
Guests are encouraged to gather the personalized tools and resources they need throughout their stay and learn how to apply them beyond the retreat.
Guided Pottery & Silent Auction
To celebrate mothers, the launch of Love + Ethos and to raise funds for our inaugural postpartum retreat — Love + Ethos gathered 20+ women for guided pottery and a silent auction. All proceeds go toward funding L+E’s inaugural postpartum retreat being held in September. It was a blast spending the evening getting creative in the company of other women while indulging in the art of pottery.
